Description: shared AWS client configuration for HashiCorp tools
A Go library that builds a configured AWS SDK v2 client from the settings
HashiCorp's tools accept: static keys, shared credentials and config files,
named profiles, environment variables, EC2 instance metadata, ECS and EKS
container credentials, SSO, and assuming a role either directly or with a web
 identity token.
 .
It normalises how those sources are tried, validates the resulting
credentials, and reports which account and partition they belong to, so that
Terraform and its relatives behave alike. It also carries the retry, user
agent and endpoint handling those tools expect.
